At Moky So, we believe in sustainable fashion. Every piece of streetwear you order is custom-made and printed specifically for you the moment you place your order.

Production & Processing Time

Because your items are made on demand, please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it is dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order is ready and leaves our production facility, delivery times will depend on your location. We route your order to the nearest global facility to ensure the fastest delivery possible:

• USA & UK: 3 to 7 business days

• Europe: 4 to 8 business days

• Rest of the World: 7 to 14 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. We do our best to meet these estimates, but they are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Multiple Packages

If you order several different items, they might be printed in different specialized facilities. Therefore, your order may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Moky So is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
