Return & Refund Policy

MADE-TO-ORDER, JUST FOR YOU

At MOKY SO, every item is uniquely crafted on-demand specifically for you. Because our products are custom-printed upon receiving your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. We highly recommend checking the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

WRONG SIZE? WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED

We understand that ordering the right size online can be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size, we won't leave you stuck. Here's how we make it right:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@mokyso.com
  2. Include your order number and a quick note about the size issue
  3. We'll send you an exclusive 50% discount code to reorder the exact same item/design in your correct size
  4. Keep the original item — gift it to a friend, family member, or anyone who'll rock it

Why this way? Because every MOKY SO piece is made-to-order just for you. There's no warehouse, no dead stock, and no waste. This approach lets us keep our prices fair while still taking care of you when sizing goes sideways.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item/design, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

To start a replacement or refund claim for a defective item, please email us at support@mokyso.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the damage or printing error

Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible, or issue a full refund if preferred. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Please note that the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) under EU consumer law does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since our items are produced specifically for you upon order, this exception applies to all MOKY SO purchases.

REFUNDS (FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY)

If a refund is approved for a defective or incorrect item, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@mokyso.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship worldwide. For international orders (outside the United States), please note:

  • Standard international shipping takes 1-4 weeks after processing.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • MOKY SO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
