Since every MOKYSO item is custom-made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production. Once printed, shipping within the US, UK, and Europe typically takes 3-7 business days.
As soon as your gear leaves our facility, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
If you ordered multiple items, they may be routed to different specialized printing facilities within our global network to get them to you as fast as possible. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on the way!
Because all of our streetwear is made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes or "change of mind." Please double-check the Size Chart available on every product page before checking out to ensure the perfect fit.
We stand by our premium quality. If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please email us at support@mokyso.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will send you a free replacement immediately—no need to ship the defective item back!
Our production process is highly automated to get your gear to you quickly. Once an order is placed, we can only modify or cancel it within the first 2 hours. After that, production has already started.
We partner with top-tier printing facilities around the globe. To reduce our carbon footprint and ensure faster delivery, your order is printed and shipped from the facility closest to your location.
To keep your streetwear looking fresh, wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
